[Investigating] There is an unexpected problem with one of our production machines that handles backups. It's a redundant component and operation should continue as normal, but performance may be degraded

[Investigating] An issue arose during the earlier maintenance window for our S3 managed backups infrastructure. The platform used to monitor our managed backups is not currently available. We are investigating and will update this incident as soon as we know more.

[Identified] At this time, new managed backup jobs using Cloud Connect will fail to run. Any backup jobs pointing directly to our S3-compatible storage should be unaffected. We are actively working to fix this as soon as possible. Updates to follow.
